Less is more! The average buyer cannot imagine themselves living at their future home if it filled with all your personal items and bright color walls.
De-clutter. Impress prospective buyer, either donate or sell unwanted items. Remove large furniture from livingroom, less is more. Hire a cleaning crew to clean top to bottom.
Paint. Go neutral, it's been proven that neutral colors sell.
Scent. Make your home appealing, light scented candles or spray home fragrancer. You might not think your home smells but prospective buyers will.
Flooring. Good looking floors are very important, vacuum carpet and mop your wood floors.
Lighting. Dark houses look drab, no matter how stylish or clean they are. Replace old lampshades and hardwares. Refresh draperies and have you windows cleaned.
